If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality or performance of our product, we will provide a full refund for unused ear candles returned to us. Please note...we will not provide a refund until we receive the unused product from the customer. If the customer is not satisfied with the product as a result of damage during shipping or other manufacturing defects and the customer is in agreement...we will provide a replacement order to the customer at no cost upon receiving the unused portion of the original order.
Reimbursment of Return Shipping Costs
If an order was originally paid by check or Paypal we will reimburse the return shipping costs to the customer. Orders origially paid by check and returned for a refund will be issued a company check. Please allow 14 business days from the time you mail your return to receive our refund check.
With credit card orders we are only allowed to refund up to the original purchase price. Return shipping cost will be covered by giving credit for the portion of ear candles not returned up to the original purchase price.
